One of the best restaurants in FFM! Excellent cuisine and always friendly service!

We were there before the 2nd lockdown and we ordered a 7 course meal with accompanying wine. Except for artichokes with cheese, everything tasted great. It was full and unfortunately there was no shrimp in my pea soup. They most likely forgot it when setting it up. Nevertheless it was delicious even without the shrimp. We would definitely go again. + Each wine also went wonderfully with the dish. We were pretty drunk by the end of the evening 🙄🤷‍♂️ *** The dish with duck meat was the highlight of the evening. Incredibly delicious 😍😍😍 THANK YOU AND SEE YOU SOON!

Wow - we were more than flashed. Pulpo, pea soup, pumpkin ravioli, duck, lemon parfait - all 5 courses were just a poem for the eyes and the palate. In addition, a wine list that is really impressive and very humane prices for a cuisine of this level and a location in this central location. 5 strong stars for the Bidlabu, which no star restaurant has to hide.

Amazing place, had date night with my husband and we had a wonderful time. He has uploaded the photos already so I ain’t going to repeat. Anyway, definitely the best French restaurant (or any western restaurant) in FFM!

Small restaurant in a calm, hidden alley - we only found this place by accident. However, the food was just delicious and well thought out. The service was very friendly. The prices seem high at first but they are absolutely worth it.

Everything perfect. There is nothing to complain about in terms of menu, wine accompaniment and service. We would love to come back. Thank you very much

Eating well in Frankfurt - if you have a certain standard - is not the easiest thing to do. If this activity falls on a Sunday, the undertaking is made even more difficult. Our desire for enjoyable dining and drinking was more than fulfilled here. Every course gave us a pleasant shiver. Thanks for that and see you soon

Dining at bidlabu was always unforgettable, they have very nice pairing wine (very smooth wine). The service is very attentive and very friendly. Very recommended place, the menu are amazingly good!

Delicious! ... and so creative! Loved yesterday’s dinner very much. Every dish tasted so wonderful and had an individual twist. You can see and taste the chefs love for good ingredients. I am vegetarian and I am the second time so happy at Bidlabu! And my friends loved the non-vegetarian menu. One of them - a wine expert - who was for the first time at Bidlabu was impressed from their wine recommendations. Everyone so friendly and professional. Will be back for sure! I can highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited Bidlabu for dinner after it was recommended to us by a friend. It was a great experience. Tasty food, amaaaaazing Gazpacho!!! attentive staff, a decent variety of wine. We’ll definitely repeat.

Nice shop, good kitchen. My pumpkin ravioli were composed very harmoniously, the portion very small, but 3 pieces cost 15.5 euros ... The pastrami from the meat top, but the cole slaw came to me too dry. Overall, ambitious prices for what is on offer.

Cozy, small restaurant with very friendly service. Ambitious cuisine, delicious, the last refinement is sometimes missing (combination of flavors), artisanal / quality is good with a few exceptions (onglet not continuously tender), wines are sometimes a bit too warm (late harvest). Higher level criticism, visit recommended.

Never been disappointed in years. Manageable but perfectly selected map. This is updated regularly and there is definitely no boredom in terms of taste. The wine recommendations are also a dream! Have found our new favorite Pinot Gris ;-) Also in summer in the small alley a nice location and a big compliment to the team for the always friendly service! Until next time!

Absolute insider tip. You have to find the restaurant first and make a reservation in advance, as it is a small restaurant. There is a small card, but it really has it all. You have a look into the open kitchen. The food was extremely delicious and of a high standard. The service was also very courteous and attentive. Highly recommended!!!

Bit hidden but excellent food with a certain whistle, at noon very good lunch menu, 3 courses with meat / fish for 30 € or 26 € vegetarian. Worth. Again and again :) Meanwhile, must always be reserved, just walk in and ask is over.

I really liked: a short menu, but everything was very tasty and very nicely presented. Cooking is done in a small, semi-open kitchen. Everything is very clean, the service is brisk and correct and unobtrusive. Tip!

Love the restaurant a lot. Every dishes has signature taste, make you wonder what they put on the ingredients. The menu changes every season, so I cannot recommend you what is their signature dishes. The price is affordable if you compare this kind of restaurant with fine-dining restaurant/bistro in France. You spend around 35-40€ includes a glass of wine and bottle of water for 3 course meal.

Such an amazing place! We had to wait more than a week to finally get a reservation so I was afraid it might be a bit snobish... But this place is just great! Staff is super friendly and you really feel welcome there. The food is simply amazing, and rather untypical as well, discovered some new flavors there. Oh and of course they do accept credit cards.

A MUST if you are in Frankfurt. I had the best dining experience at this restaurant. The owner was so pleasant and accommodating, a true European gentleman! I came with a big group and the restaurant made us feel very welcomed in Frankfurt. This is probably the friendliest restaurant I’ve been to in Europe. The food was INCREDIBLE. Every single dish from the bread to the dessert was mouth watering good. They also made a special birthday cake for us needless to say the cake was not just amazing the flavors were also complex. The food they serve here are delicious and sophisticated. The service was without a doubt, IMPECCABLE. Really can not compliment this restaurant enough. So impressed I had to leave a review.

Great service, great food and great atmosphere! I will come back!! We felt so comfortable and even though we were there in the afternoon at 13 o'clock there was no rush, that we should eat fast and set the table free - it was really quite great!

Bidlabu is our favourite place in all of Frankfurt - we go very regularly and it has never disappointed on any dimension (food, service, price, ambiance).

After visiting Frankfurt for a good place to eat, I found what I was looking for in the Falstaff restaurant guide. The good review that I read was right. The ambiance is very cozy and the food delicious. The show kitchen is appetizing. The greeting from the kitchen was wonderful and the bread was excellent. If I lived in Frankfurt, I would come more often.

Although relatively expensive for the relatively small portions, but delicious and the staff is very friendly. Small note: card payment from 20 € possible

Very cozy and welcome place. We've ordered 4courses Menu at 55Eur each and bottle of Riesling (starting from 25Eur). Each dish was really interesting, tasty and unforgettable. Strongly recommended for a pleasant dinner.

I am, no, we are just thrilled! The name of the category, here on Google, namely "Bistro" and the very simple (which is definitely not meant negative) device, does not give an idea of ​​the high level is cooked there. The menu we enjoyed there that night was just awesome. The service so nice, the wines class, and the atmosphere just cozy and relaxed. The place by the window to the kitchen is great, watching the cooks is at least as much fun as the food itself. A nice story on the sidelines are the toilets, or rather the fact that there is not music as usual, but an audiobook can be heard. But do not listen too long, otherwise you will miss the good food. Come back Status: Absolutely! Definitely! Guaranteed! It certainly becomes one of our favorite restaurants in Frankfurt. Therefore, to supplement the two additional pictures from the vegetarian menu. Update: Another visit, this time to the Jazz Evening. Eat well as always, including veal baek. Wonderful pastrami. Fun place.

Nice lil cozy place, that serves a hell of an experience! Walking in, you don't realize the treat you are in for. But once the courses start rolling in, it's one treat after the other - beautiful dishes with intense flavors! Great play of colors, textures and flavors. And the wine pairing works really well and is generous to say the least. I had the Vegetarian menu and loved every bit of it. Starting with the Pea puree and Pumpkin curry appetizer - wow, what intense flavors! Followed by a beautiful Beats salad. Then the small portion of ravioli that was out of this world. The Entree was a play of carrots with Hummus - enjoyble, buy as the Entree I felt it was lacking. Finally the desert was a nice play of different Chocolate elements with sour touches coming from Prunes. I ended with a nice cup of Cappuccino, and had a very satisfying experience. Go in for a food experience, that you won't easily forget any time soon.

Our evening in Bidlabu was a fantastic experience and we would like to recommend it to you without reservation. The Bidlabu is really worth it. We had the delicious 4-course menu, at the beginning the sparkling wine and later a Monastrell from Jumilla. It was fabulous! The menu was delicious, everything tasted wonderful: the trout tartar fresh and seasoned, the game consommé was really a dream (you must have tasted it, just amazing), and the main course (two kinds of beef, onglet and bakery, with Parsnip and parsley cream) couldn't have been more perfect. In comparison to these bombastic courses (there was also a delicious "greeting from the kitchen"), the little semolina dumpling weakened slightly as a dessert with a little too little sauce - but is hardly worth mentioning and was nevertheless really fine. The waitresses are incredibly attentive, friendly and understated. The latter also fits as a description for their clothing (jeans, sweaters and slippers) - this kind of unpretentious clothing comes across almost a little pretentious ... That would be the only thing we would have liked a little differently. But it has become a minor matter with the delicacies we were able to enjoy here, the beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant and the admirably fitting and very solid music in the background. Here we come back!

Went there because of the raving pastrami reviews. It was an amazing pastrami. The portion was small and I already ordered the big one and the price was a bit high.

This is a great little cozy restaurant with great staff and patrons. The food is excellent as well. One interesting thing is the semi open kitchen where the front glass panel is of such high quality and cleanliness that you can barely see it(only from the barely there edge). We had for starters a German cheese appetizer with some relish, apple slices, and cheese that I cannot write. Sorry I don't know any German other than danke. But it was delicious! Then I had a soup. Pour over style. Creamy with salmon bits. Also very tasty.
